Safety first
Asbestos and water damage work affects the health of a building and the people in it. Proper procedures and containment are not optional.
About Us
Serving Alberta Since 2007
Francis Heating and Environmental Solutions has been serving Edmonton and Northern Alberta since 2007, providing heating and cooling services alongside asbestos removal, cleanup, and water damage services.
Our Story
An established Alberta service company
Since 2007, Francis Heating and Environmental Solutions has worked with homeowners and businesses across Edmonton and Northern Alberta. What began with heating and cooling work grew to include asbestos removal and cleanup along with water damage services — three areas that often overlap on the same property.
That combination matters here. A furnace problem in January, asbestos discovered mid- renovation, or a basement that took on water during spring melt are all situations where a property owner needs someone who understands the building as a whole, not just one system in it.
Our service philosophy
We aim to be dependable and straightforward: assess carefully, communicate clearly, follow proper procedures and do the work properly the first time. Our customers are protecting their homes and properties, and we treat that responsibility seriously.
Clear communication
We explain what we find, what we recommend and what the work involves before it starts — no surprises part-way through.
Quality workmanship
Work is completed to a standard we'd accept in our own homes, and the site is left in proper order.
Local service
We live and work in this region. The communities we serve are our neighbours, and that shapes how we do business.
